Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays, missed deliveries, or stolen packages.

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If it cannot be located, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
