🔁 Returns
We accept returns on unused, unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at istepoutsideapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions if your request is eligible.

💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at istepoutsideapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
